Disclaimer of Stock Advisory and Broking Services:

This Agreement (“Agreement“) is entered into between “Raito“, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,“ and the user of the api based trading software, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.“

• Software Provision: The Provider hereby grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the api based trading software (“Software“) for the purpose of facilitating api based trading activities.

• No Stock Advisory Services: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Provider is a software provider and does not offer any form of stock advisory services, financial planning, or investment advice. The Software provided by the Provider is a tool for api trading based on mathematical models and does not constitute financial guidance.

• No Broking Services: The Client further acknowledges and agrees that the Provider does not engage in broking or act as a broker. The Software is designed to interface with the Client's chosen brokerage account, and all trading activities are executed through the Client's selected broker.

• Independent Decision-Making: The Client is solely responsible for making independent decisions regarding trading strategies, financial instruments, and the execution of trades. The Provider shall not be held liable for any trading decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of the Software.

• Broker Integration: The Software may allow the Client to integrate with third-party brokerage services. The Client acknowledges that the Provider does not control or endorse any particular broker and that the choice of a broker is at the sole discretion of the Client.

• No Guarantee of Profits: The Provider does not guarantee profits or specific trading outcomes. The performance of the Software is subject to market conditions, the accuracy of coding models, and the parameters set by the Client.

• Client's Sole Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that all trading decisions and outcomes, including gains or losses, are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Provider shall not be held responsible for any financial consequences resulting from the use of the Software.

• Compliance with Laws: The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to programatic trading and financial activities.

• Modification and Termination: The Provider reserves the right to modify the Software or terminate this Agreement at its discretion. The Client will be notified of any modifications to the Software.

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
